People would be against this because he is mainly unproven and comes from a club they percieve as smaller, maybe because they believe we can attract better.
I think on the last point they aware right, but if people are happy with Eddie Howe (as would I be) I don't understand why they would be against taking a chance on another young manager like Monk who has done well in his time at Swansea and plays the style many are crying out for

No thanks.....i thought were trying to push on for the OS..!..we need a higher profile manager in to attract more quality players......i'd rather tale Laudrup ..after Monk only carrying on from where he left off!!

Yes it is. I thought Swansea would start to slip this season and, to be fair, they haven't. It WILL happen though and then see what Monk can do to stop it.. Allardyce is a far better manager than Monk. IF BRS has to go then a top Euro manager is the only step forward.
